A Leadership Building Programme was conducted in the college on 16th October in the seminar hall, led by Adv. Sudheer, Kollam. The programme included interactive sessions and group activities that helped students understand leadership through practical experience. Activities such as the paper boat making competition emphasized teamwork, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. The session was engaging and inspiring, keeping the students active throughout. At the end of the programme, students shared their feedback and expressed gratitude to the resource person. The programme concluded successfully, leaving a positive impact on all participants and helping them develop leadership qualities.
